Refund Policy

Short version: try SizeRun free for 7 days. Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. If you forgot to cancel,
ask within 7 days of a monthly charge or 14 days of a yearly charge and we'll refund it.
Free trial
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Otherwise your selected plan starts automatically when the trial ends.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: if you request a refund within 7 days of a charge, we will refund that charge in full.
- Yearly plans: if you request a refund within 14 days of a charge, we will refund that charge in full.
- After these windows, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), contact us and we will correct it. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.
How to request a refund
Email support@yuemas.com from your account email with the subject "Refund request". We reply within 2 business days.
