Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SizeRun, a software service operated by Yuemas Technology LLC ("Yuemas", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use SizeRun on behalf of a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
1. The service
SizeRun is subscription software that helps resellers manage inventory, marketplace listings, prices and orders. Yuemas does not buy, sell, hold, ship or authenticate any goods, is not a party to any transaction between you and a marketplace or buyer, and does not receive or hold your sales proceeds.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Each account has its own workspace; you may invite team members, and you are responsible for their use.
3. Marketplace connections
You may connect your own accounts on third-party marketplaces (for example StockX, alias, GOAT or eBay). By connecting an account, you authorize SizeRun to access that account and to create, update and cancel listings and read orders on your behalf, as instructed by you or by rules you configure. You remain solely responsible for complying with each marketplace's terms, fees, policies and seller requirements. Marketplaces may change or withdraw their APIs at any time; we do not guarantee that any integration will remain available. We are not responsible for actions taken by a marketplace, including account suspensions, fee changes, order cancellations or payout decisions.
4. Automation and your responsibility
Features such as bulk listing, repricing rules and automatic delisting act on your instructions. Market data, fee estimates and profit calculations are estimates and may be delayed or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing your prices, rules and inventory. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from prices you set, rules you configure, marketplace delays or data provided by third parties.
5. Subscriptions, trials and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- If you start a free trial, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may limit features (such as creating listings or repricing) until payment is resolved. We will continue to sync orders and allow you to remove listings during a grace period to help you avoid overselling.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service to violate any law or any marketplace's terms; list counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods; attempt to access another customer's data; interfere with or overload the service; reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law; or resell the service without our written permission.
7. Your data
You own the data you put into SizeRun ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit Your Data only as needed to provide and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You may export Your Data and close your account at any time.
8. Our intellectual property
The service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Yuemas Technology LLC and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.
9. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as marketplaces, payment processors and hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own terms. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; SizeRun is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUEMAS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, INVENTORY OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify Yuemas against claims arising from your listings, your goods, your violation of these Terms or of any marketplace's terms, or your violation of law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law or by a marketplace. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination you may request an export of Your Data within 30 days; afterwards we may delete it.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
